Cox offers subscribers a range of plans based on internet usage and activities. Subscribers should read the Subscription Agreement carefully to ensure compliance with the Terms of Use. Cox High Speed Internet subscribers may not engage in activities that violate federal, state, or other applicable laws. Subscribers may not resell Cox`s high-speed Internet services or conduct business under a retail contract. Cox also has data storage, bandwidth, and messaging limitations for all of its high-speed Internet plans. Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to a system using Cox`s high-speed Internet service may result in termination of the subscription agreement. 1.6 Excluded bulk properties. Cox sometimes enters into “bulk” service contracts to provide television, Internet or telephone services to residents of apartment buildings (p.B an apartment building, condominium or co-operative) or other residential communities (each, a “bulk property”). If you live in a large property, you are not entitled to a protected retail price offer, and Cox may terminate this Agreement immediately upon notification of the error. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, you agree that such notice may be made in any manner, including but not limited to your bill statement.
If, during the term of this Agreement, you become a bulk property in your local Cox service area or become a bulk property where you live, this Agreement will terminate immediately. In any case, you are not responsible for paying the applicable early cancellation fees (as further described in Section 3 below), and the rates for your services are set out in Section 4.1 below. 5.3 Class Action Waiver: You and Cox agree that all disputes between you and Cox will be resolved individually and that there will be no class, representative or consolidated action in arbitration. Subscribers comply with all Cox Agreements and understand that violations may result in suspension or termination of the Services. 3.4 Customer-Initiated Changes to the Service. If you terminate any of your basic Cox Services during the term of this Agreement, but choose to retain other basic Cox Services, Cox will have the opportunity, but not the obligation, to waive the collection of an ETF and allow you to receive your remaining PLG Services under the terms of this Agreement for the remainder of the term of this Agreement. .
